Copy of Applicant’s and Co-Applicant’s – Picture ID or Drivers license
- Completed and signed service application
- Completed Utility easement
- Copy of Transfer deed, or warranty deed or other deed records received at the closing of property transfer (sale) Showing signatures of previous and current owners.
Completed Rental agreement if this is not owner occupied
Plus Membership fee
New taps – New Builds need to provide 911 addressing conformation letter.
